-Call, text or email me to set up your free initial 15-minute phone consultation. After that, if we decide to proceed, we will schedule your first 50-minute session. I will email you the Intake and Consent to Treat forms you need to fill out and return to me by your first session.
-During your first session, we will review the paperwork and my office policies. Then we will discuss what brought you to therapy, what you want to work on and what I can help you with. Together we will try to formulate goals and create a roadmap for the course of your therapy experience.
-My fee is $130.00 per session. I take some sliding scale clients, and also see students and interns completing their therapy hours for $50.00 per session. Payment can be either cash, check or credit card,or Venmo.
-I currently take Optum insurance. Also, if you have a PPO plan that reimburses for out-of-network providers, I will assist you with that process.
-I require 24-hours notice for a cancellation or you will be charged for a missed session. In the case of a true emergency, the fee may be waived.
-I do not prescribe medication. If medication is an option we decide to explore, I will refer you to a MD for a psychiatric evaluation.
